Warehouse Associate/ Forklift Driver

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort with both forklift operation and general warehouse duties. This position offers temp-to-hire potential for the right candidates.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $16?$18 per hour (based on experience)

• Shift: 8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM

• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break

• Overtime: Some overtime required but NOT guaranteed ; typically 40?45 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a propane sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload containers and flatbeds

• Read order lists, locate products, and accurately pick orders

• Perform heavy lifting as required

• Assist with manual warehouse work including order pulling, pallet organizing, and pallet wrapping

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification

• Experience operating a propane sit-down forklift

• Prior experience loading and unloading containers and flatbeds

• Ability to speak and read English

• Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Details:

• Candidates will be required to demonstrate order pulling during and use of sit-down forklift during the interview process
