Job Description
This is an urban wildlife control position, as such the job requires trapping and removal of muskrats and beaver. Tapping pocket gophers and lethal control of Richardson's Ground Squirrels. The capture and relocation of Canada Geese, and coyote deterrence. If there are wildlife causing an issue for the public or causing property damage Eagle Creek may be called to come up with a solution.
The job require long hours in the summer at least 40 hours per week but only about 12-15 hours per week in the winter.
A company vehicle is provided, and some travel north to the Red Deer area is required.
The applicant must be able work alone, responsibly and unsupervised.
The applicant must have three years clean driver experience. An abstract is required in order to be insured.
A P.A.L is requested but not required in the beginning. An Exterior Pesticide Applicator’s Cert is needed, but can be attained after hire if not possessed.
A hunting and fishing background and asset.
