Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, confident Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role calls for a go-getter who knows how to close deals and build long-lasting client relationships. From uncovering new opportunities to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals, your mission is to help us grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with professionalism and care.
Prepare, review, and manage accurate, compliant sales contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date records of activities and sales pipeline in CRM software.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of contracts and the sales agreement process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and within a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Established relationships within the beauty industry’s wholesale sector.
Experience working with influencers, social media campaigns, or visual merchandising.
Familiarity with international distribution and wholesale logistics.
