Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Gwinn, MI

Pay Range: $50,000 to $62,000 depending on education and experience

Shift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, direct mail, etc.).
• Develop and layout magazine ads, brochures, advertising campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, and other communications.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Create or assist in the creation of videos promoting products, from script development to shooting and editing.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

What's Needed?

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ proven experience as Marketing Specialist or work in a similar role; experience working in the industrial sector preferred.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) and applications (email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, especially technical writing.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
