Job Description

We are presently searching for a full-time Junior Experiential Designer in our NorCal studio . Working under the supervision of EGD design leadership, the Junior Experiential Designer performs a broad variety of skillsets. Responsibilities Design and develop project presentations which include plan diagrams, elevations and additional 2D/3D representation Edits plans and elevation views for presentation purposes Supports the team in collecting information for client assessment Provides documentation support on all fronts Participates in the project ideation and communicate design process Required Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, Industrial Design or Interior Design, or equivalent experience 1+ years’ experience with 3D/2D graphics, signage, digital printing Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of the commercial interior architecture and/or the design industry, including the production process The ability to sketch and/or digitally render Basic sense of graphic design and knowledge of typography and layout methodologies Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Advanced abilities inAdobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Strong verbal and written communication skills, internally focused Working Conditions For the majority of the time the Junior Experiential Designer will be sitting in a studio with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist and reach. On occasion individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.
