Responsibilities - Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Assist clients in buying properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand the company's network and business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Learn and utilize all technology systems per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, team meetings, trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications - Valid Real Estate License in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience with 1+ years as a Real Estate Agent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills .
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Team-focused and willing to learn.
- Desire to grow in business.
- Flexibility to serve clients in Lancaster and surrounding counties.
