We are currently hiring Fully Remote  Frontline Representatives : skilled professionals who take pride in serving clients, solving problems fast, and keeping agencies running smoothly behind the scenes. What You Will Do

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and care, resolving most service requests live, including policy changes, cancellations, and proof of insurance submissions.
• Process payments and accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Live-transfer claims calls and sales opportunities to the proper team members.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM in the agency’s local time zone
• Steady, daytime hours with the flexibility of working fully remote from your home
• Available to applicants within the contiguous 48 states, DC, Alaska, or Hawaii

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in the insurance industry, such as within an agency or insurance carrier
• License: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your resident state

Skills:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus (Salesforce preferred)

• Professional, courteous, and kind under pressure
• Committed to accuracy and integrity when handling sensitive client data
• Passionate about customer service and eager to learn
