CDL Driver – The Saints of the Most High Learning Academy

Location: Milwaukee & Muskego, WI

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

The Saints of the Most High Learning Academy is a Christian-based early childhood and preschool program serving families in Milwaukee and Muskego. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and responsible CDL Driver to safely transport children and staff between home, school, and field trip locations. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, punctuality, and professionalism while maintaining a caring attitude toward children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a daycare bus to transport children to and from school, field trips, and other approved locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and DCF regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times
• Ensure proper child safety restraints and loading/unloading procedures are followed
• Keep accurate daily transportation logs and attendance records
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and management about transportation-related updates
• Assist with basic maintenance checks and reporting of mechanical issues
• Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and care with all children and families

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin CDL (Class B or higher) with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Clean driving record and current medical examiner’s certificate
• Previous experience driving children or school buses preferred
• Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and meet DCF transportation requirements
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (split shift or full-day availability preferred)
• Morning and afternoon routes, plus occasional field trips
