Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Window & Door Installers to join our growing team. Candidates should have prior experience in window and door installation, strong physical ability, and a professional attitude. Work includes residential homes and commercial properties, with opportunities for steady, competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace windows and doors in residential and commercial settings.
• Measure and cut materials to fit specific openings.
• Utilize both hand tools and power tools for installation tasks.
• Safely lift and handle heavy materials.
• Ensure proper sealing, caulking, and insulation of installations.
• Conduct work with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience preferred in window and/or door installation (preferred).
• Knowledge of products such as Pella, PGT, Custom, and JeldWen is a plus.
• Prefer if candidate has their own truck (tools are also a plus but not required).
• Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.
