Your Role

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Friday - Sunday, 5 pm - 3:30 am. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
