We're Hiring: Executive Virtual Assistant to Keep the Machine Running Smoothly
Location: Remote | Type: Part-time to Full-time (Flexible)
Hourly rate: $8-10/hour
I run fast. You'll need to run faster.
If you're the kind of person who lives in the details, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and loves organizing chaos into clean execution, this could be for you.
Here's what you'll own (and absolutely crush):
? Invoicing with Advance Partners (and tracking payments)
? Managing all contractor invoices, sheets, and payment records
? Staying on top of SEO and GEO optimization tasks
? Owning our social media calendar and keeping posts on track
? Keeping my accounting email clean, labeled, and responded to
? Sending 2–5 high-quality exclusive reachouts per day (think: smart biz dev or community invites)
? Keeping my email inbox lean, mean, and organized? Reviewing daily notes and transcripts, summarizing, categorizing, and turning them into action-ready content
Bonus points if you:
• Understand hiring, recruiting, or staffing (but not required)
• Know how to use Google Sheets, Notion, ChatGPT, and other automation tools
• Have a knack for writing (LinkedIn posts, emails, summaries, etc.)• Can think like a founder and act like a COO when needed
This role is NOT:
– For someone who needs handholding
– For someone who gets overwhelmed by fast-moving priorities
– For someone looking for a boring task checklist
This is a mission-critical support role for someone ready to become my right hand.
