Job Overview: The Video Production & Editing Expert will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing video content to support the company’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, technical proficiency in video editing software, and the ability to create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content, including promotional videos, corporate content, and internal communication materials. Operate and manage video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling strategies. Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other industry-standard software. Apply motion graphics, animations, effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance production value. Optimize video content for different formats and platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and digital storytelling. Suggest innovative approaches to improve content engagement and brand impact. Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding, tone, and messaging. Organize and maintain a structured video archive for future reference. Ensure proper backup of all media files and projects. Manage and troubleshoot video production equipment and software as needed. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory). 2-4 years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production . Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator . Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording . Experience with motion graphics, animation, and color grading is a plus. Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Soft Skills & Competencies Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
