What is Required (Qualifications) 4-7 years of professional experience with a product design-focused portfolio, demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, and visual execution. Formal training in User Experience, Product Design, or Human Factors, or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Figma/Sketch. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to navigate projects amidst ambiguity and uncertainty. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with admin dashboards and tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks, deadlines, and schedules.
