Job Summary:The Travel Pharmacy Pyxis Technician maintains inventory & performs restocks to ensure our clients have an adequate supply of medication. Additionally, they visit clients and troubleshoots problems with the automated technology. This position acts as the point of contact for the automated dispensing system.Duties/Responsibilities:Maintain automated dispensing system inventory and restock on a daily basis.Visit customers to troubleshoot problems and perform audits of medication as necessary.Replenishment and maintenance of expired medication in MedBank as well as loading/destockingEducate customers on utilizing Med Bank systemHandle all automation-related issues.Build relationships with facility administration and staffFollow all applicable government regulations including HIPAAOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsPerform other duties assigned by management.Medication Ekit checksKnowledge of Data Entry and / or IV experience is a plus.Perform other duties assigned by management.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
