Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $2,218
• Hourly (W2): $27.00
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246 (meals & housing)

• Specialty: Medical Surgical (5E Med Surg)
• Beds: 36
• Staffing:
  • Day Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
  • Night Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 Techs
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• EMR: Meditech
• Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs

Skills & Requirements

Must Have:

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience

Preferred:

• Experience with post-operative patients
• Competence in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management

Typical Procedures:

• Post-operative care
• Drain maintenance
• Wound care

Ideal Candidate

• Strong patient advocate
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code

• Scrubs: Navy Blue or White
• No hoodies, pullovers, or T-shirts
