**Job Description: Emergency Room Nurse**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, three nights per week. As an integral part of the emergency department, the ER Nurse plays a critical role in providing immediate and efficient care to patients experiencing life-threatening injuries and illnesses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess and stabilize patients presenting with emergency conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment.
- Make quick and accurate decisions under pressure to ensure patient safety and care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support during difficult times.
- Maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating compassion and empathy.
- Work independently as well as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Active RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, PAL, and TNCC certification required.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma care.
- Excellent assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
