Your Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Consultant - Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in operations management. This role involves overseeing travel consultants, managing travel operations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Research destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc. Diagnose clients' specifications and wishes, and suggest suitable travel packages or services. Organize travels from start to finish, including booking tickets, accommodation, and rental transportation. Provide travelers with relevant information and travel materials such as guides, maps, and event programs. Collect deposits and balances. Create promotional materials and techniques to sell tour packages. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints, and determine eligibility for refunds. Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends. Create and maintain electronic records of clients. Maintain relationships with key contacts. Keep financial statements and documents. Achieve revenue and profit targets. What We're Looking For: Experience in the tourism industry. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Knowledge of travel software, including reservation systems, GDS, and e-travel. Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach. Extensive travel industry experience and good geographical knowledge. Diploma, Graduate, Postgraduate, or Tourism Graduate qualification preferred. Ready to Make an Impact?
