Job Description

Position Summary: The Training Coordinator, Operator Qualifications is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling all related career and skills development training needs for the organization, with a specific focus on Operator Qualifications.  The Training Coordinator will organize and maintain all training and qualification documentation in accordance with company expectations. Hiring Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent combination of formal education and training experience. 3+ years of administrative experience, with internal/external customer service responsibilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to learn (preferred knowledge of) natural gas operator qualifications Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel. Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast paced, and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously. Preferred some experience in basic video software creation Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in an ethical and professional manner. OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H. White , our day-to-day work is construction, and we do it well.
