Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. **For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below:** ** **Job Summary** **Summary** : Join our team as a **Student Athlete Dining Attendant** , where you'll play a key role in ensuring UW-Madison student athletes have a quality dining experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment, assisting with food service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. **Key Responsibilities** : + **Transport hot and cold boxes** of food to ensure efficient service. + **Monitor food quality and quantity** , keeping the food line stocked, clean, and visually appealing. + Ensure that hot and cold food items are **maintained at safe temperature levels** . + **Remove leftover food** from the line at the end of a meal session and properly dispose of waste. + **Clean the food line** before, during, and after meal service to maintain a safe and organized environment. + **Prepare for the next meal service** , ensuring all necessary items are ready for the next session. + **Restock paper goods, dry foods, and condiments** when necessary. + Follow all **safety and sanitation procedures** to maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Complete additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth service operations.
