An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide supportive services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position spans the next school year and is based in Kerrville, TX. The role centers on assisting the speech-language pathologist in delivering effective communication interventions to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized speech-language therapy plans under the supervision of the speech-language pathologist.
• Gather and document relevant student data to monitor progress and support treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with the speech-language pathologist, educators, and school administration to coordinate services and ensure consistency in communication goals.
• Engage with the school's director to align on program objectives and address any operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience working within a K-12 school environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to accurately record and report student progress data.
