The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of PCNA’s Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role ensures Salesforce remains a stable, secure, and scalable platform that enables Sales, Service, and Leadership teams to work efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
The Salesforce Administrator will oversee configuration, data integrity, user support, and analytics while partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and is passionate about enabling teams through technology.
