Summary:
Negotiate, purchase and monitor advertising space and airtime on behalf of clients. The objective is to reach the highest number of people in the target audience at the lowest possible costs for our clients while operating within company and industry standards of practice. Complete all market buys from beginning to end achieving the best outcomes for our clients, developing and maintaining professional relationships with media vendors, and providing our internal customers and service providers with what is needed on a timely basis. Provide guidance and coaching to less senior Buyers and Media Assistants.

Experience:
7+ years' experience in a media buying role (for example, Media Assistant, Junior Buyer, Buyer) in a retail marketing firm; highly prefer experience in an agency that is audited for results.

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $58,500 - $92,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 09/30/2024.
