Location: REMOTE with flexibility coming on site when needed – MUST live close to Oceanport, NJ 07757

Shift: 9:00am-5:30pm

Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 (Based on years of experience, education, certifications). Benefits offered by employer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or an Accountant
• Demonstrate the ability to prepare, analyze, and maintain various financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures including FTEs, charges, statistics, and reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel

Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst for an enterprise healthcare organization in Oceanport, NJ. This role involves creating detailed analyses of financial data, including FTEs, charges, statistics, and reconciliations, to identify system-wide opportunities. The analyst will collaborate with department heads to understand financial operations, assist in researching budget variances, and develop plans to offset them. Responsibilities include reviewing general ledger accounts, proposing adjustments, and resolving accounting issues in accordance with GAAP. The analyst will also review vendor statements, address discrepancies, and identify potential payment delays. Proficiency in Excel, strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen analytic mind are essential. The Analyst will work alongside another analyst to drive financial accuracy and efficiency, completing special projects and handling ad hoc requests. This role prioritizes candidates who have experience with reviewing and analyzing financial statements.
