Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and guidance to students in the self-contained classrooms.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized support plans.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions tailored to student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Social Work.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with emotional and behavioral needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative justice principles is a plus.
