Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services, with a focus on functional, hands-on configuration. This role does not require development or coding but emphasizes integration, data management, and best practice solutions. Key Responsibilities Integration Tools: Utilize Zapier and Make for seamless integrations. Salesforce Configuration: Hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Requirements Gathering: Transfer and document requirements from stakeholders and end users. User Support: Work closely with end users to ensure effective use of Salesforce. Collaboration: Partner with the Technical Architect to implement solutions. Plaid Integration: Manage and support Plaid integration. Banking and Loan Servicing: Leverage experience in banking and loan servicing management tools. ETL and Data Management: Utilize ETL tools and manage data effectively. Best Practices: Implement best practice solutions and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience. Certifications: Salesforce Admin 201 certification. Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder certifications are nice to have. Technical Skills: Proficiency with integration tools (Zapier and Make), ETL background, and data management. Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking and financial services, particularly with loan servicing management tools.
