Position Overview:
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the Sales Representative plays a key role in marketing and selling auction and real estate services. This is a performance-based role focused on lead generation, relationship building, and managing deals from prospect to fully executed completion. Contractors operate independently, are not subject to direct supervision, and are compensated based on results.

A minimum of four (4) Fully In Executed Deals per month is required to remain in good standing and continue receiving commission-based advances.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and manage sales leads through outbound calls, social media engagement, and strategic follow-up.

• Nurture client relationships and guide them through the sales pipeline.

• Accurately collect and submit data for deal preparation and contract documentation.

• Work with licensed agents or auctioneers to ensure deal completion.

• Maintain active communication and participate in weekly sales training and strategy updates.

Required Skills & Traits:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

• Experience in real estate, auction marketing, or related fields preferred.

• Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.).

A freelance sales artist (skilled analyst) is a self-employed individual who combines artistic skills (analytical, understanding, passionate) with sales (persistent, detailed, strategic) and marketing to promote and sell the company’s products and services. You’ll work independently, manage your own pipeline, and use multiple strategies to connect with potential buyers and generate revenue.

Persistent sales refer to the practice of consistently following up with potential customers—even after initial contact or rejection—to close deals. It's about commitment, listening, and creating solutions—not just pushing a product.

Work-Life Balance Meets Unlimited Earning Potential

Here’s the math behind this role:

• 4 days/week = up to $223,692/year (1 deal/day)

• 5 days/week = up to $235,690/year

• 6 days/week = up to $332,304/year (20 deals/month)

There is no cap—once you pass 11 deals in a month, each additional deal earns you a $1,000 bonus.
You choose your schedule. We provide the system. You drive the success.

Compensation Structure:

• Commission-based or commission draw (not a salary or hourly wage).

• Advances are non-recoverable and based on achieving minimum monthly performance metrics. 

• Bonuses available for exceeding goals.

• Additional incentives and opportunities disclosed in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
