Opportunity: Grow into a Full-Time Sales Role within 12 months or less

Are you a recent college grad ready to jumpstart your career in marketing and sales? We’re a dynamic company in the wedding and events industry looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to a full-time sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with vendor prospecting and lead generation
• Help create and manage digital content for marketing campaigns
• Support wedding show prep: vendor outreach, event materials, and post-show recaps
• Learn and contribute to email marketing efforts and CRM management
• Assist with ad coordination, proofing, and updates across our magazine and website
• Participate in market research and database building for regional expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
• A desire to grow into a sales position (this is the priority)
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing and content creation is a plus
