Resident Assistant / Caregiver
Location: St. Cloud Carefree Living, Minnesota
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time PM Shifts Available
Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour for PM shifts | +$2.50/hour for Overnight shifts

Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with residents
Assist adults with activities of daily living (no CNA license required)
Ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment
Provide exceptional care with respect, compassion, and professionalism
Work closely with a supportive team to meet residents' needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office, and the internet
Must pass DHS and criminal background check
