Job Details We are looking a great leader to join our Property Management team. The right individual will come with at least 3-4+ years of Residential property management experience (multifamily/Apartments) and the ability to not only work in our beautiful office 2x a week, but also be able to travel to our portfolio sites that are spread out across LA and other areas: The ideal candidate will come with:

• 3-4+ years of residential experience
• Ability to work with others and collaborate well
• Ability to run and manage a portfolio of 6+ properties
• This role will have room for growth!
