Position Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Available for travel to job fairs, university recruitment events and Uline's domestic branches.
