ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Public Safety Officer for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include protecting highly valuable property such as equipment, material, grounds, patrolling assigned areas or fixed posts, performing security checks of buildings and grounds, checking persons on premises for proper identification and authorization, conducting preliminary internal investigations relevant to incidents, intervening in disturbances to maintain peace or restore order, erecting and removing barricades and signs for parking and crowd management, providing customer service functions, and proficiently operating safety and security equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications include passing a criminal background check, being at least 18 years old, ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, ability to walk and stand for long periods, and tolerance of various weather conditions. Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours during events, and working inside or outside as needed.
