Job Type: Proprietary Trading Apprenticeship About Us: Eagle Market Makers, Inc. has a long history of training and fostering successful futures traders, spanning more than three decades. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clerking apprenticeship program. This program begins overnight during European and Asian trading hours and provides a unique opportunity for aspiring traders to progress to managing their own proprietary trading accounts during U.S. trading hours. Responsibilities: Participate in hands-on training with profitable firm traders to develop the essential skills needed for proprietary trading. Learn the art of risk management in futures portfolios across different market hours. Collaborate closely with experienced traders to implement and fine-tune trading strategies. Contribute to the creation and refinement of trading algorithms. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional multitasking skills and a receptive attitude towards feedback. A strong desire to collaborate with fellow team members and a commitment to continuous learning. Self-driven and capable of taking ownership of risk decisions. Effective communication skills for seamless interaction with software engineers and fellow traders. A background in Futures, Stock or Cryptocurrency or Options trading is a plus.
