We're looking for bilingual professionals who bring strong communication skills and some background in sales, customer service, or leadership roles . This is a great opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals ready to fast-track their career in project management and business operations within the telecommunications space.

From day one, you'll receive personalized coaching and immersive hands-on training to build your leadership skills, understand client needs, and manage key performance goals. This role offers a clear path for rapid advancement and team leadership.

🔍 What You’ll Learn and Contribute To:

Over your first 3–8 months, you’ll develop hands-on experience in:

• Communicating effectively with diverse clients and prospects in both English and Spanish (or another second language)
• Executing revenue and client acquisition strategies
• Leading and mentoring team members to meet project milestones
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation
• Managing project budgets, KPIs, and operational logistics
• Supporting market expansion initiatives and long-term strategy

Your day will start with collaborative training and planning, followed by hands-on project work in the field, and end with evaluations to track progress and maximize growth.

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• Training Phase: $37K–$80K annually (base + commission + bonuses)
• Post-Training: $100K–$120K+ annually based on performance
