Samyang America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Product Marketing Specialist . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches - driving awareness, demand, and adoption across the U.S. market. You will conduct consumer and market research, help shape product direction and collaborate with both HQ and internal stakeholders to bring exciting new products to life. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product launch initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of new products or product lines. This includes developing go-to-market strategy, launch plan, and defining metrics to track success.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify the needs, pain points and preferences of potential and existing consumers.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market feedback and business goals.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed decisions on product portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with HQ partners and internal stake holders to align on product sample taste testing, consumer research, launch timeline and design process to ensure successful product launch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across different teams.
• Bilingual in Korean & English is a must.

The base salary for this position is between $56,000 and $84,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
