Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and skilled  General Laborers to support daily operations in our precast concrete production facility. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in heavy machinery or construction environments and be able to interpret blueprints, assemble and reinforce steel cages, position rebar, and assist with concrete testing and form preparation. Please note that  E‐Verify participation and a pre-employment drug test are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Assemble and align concrete forms, including long and custom shapes
• Fabricate and tie rebar per engineering specifications
• Secure steel cages within concrete forms
• Accurately measure and mark materials to ensure quality
• Assist with pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete in molds
• Inspect forms for proper setup and alignment
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, grinders, tape measures)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Adhere to all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support other departments and team members as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in concrete, precast, construction, or fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements
• Experience with rebar installation and steel cage assembly
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a solid work ethic
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must participate in  E‐Verify to confirm employment eligibility and complete a  pre-employment drug test

Work Conditions & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, full-time with overtime potential
• Production plant setting, possibly with outdoor exposure
• Frequent physical activities: lifting, bending, standing, handling heavy materials
