Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is 18.22/hour per hour.

What you'll do:
The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. The Picker/Packer will interact closely with our automated system Autostore to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and optimize order fulfillment processes.
Receive and put away incoming products with our cutting-edge AutoStore system to locate and select finished goods for processing customer orders
Operate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipment
Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders
Climb ladders, use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactions
Special labeling, and palletizing finished goods for transport
Perform dunnage operations as needed
Receive and put away incoming product
Stage cardboard boxes
Perform pallet-jack operations
Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
Keep work area clean and orderly in accordance to Eaton's 5-S procedures. Follow all safety protocols and practices
Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of Ellisville (50 miles) will be considered for this position.
A minimum of one (1) year computer experience.
