What You’ll Do

As a personal trainer with MBodied Strength, you’ll play a key role in delivering a transformational experience for our clients. Here’s how:

• Lead clients to surpass their fitness goals and create raving fans who stay, pay, and refer.
• Conduct initial and periodic fitness and lifestyle assessments, tracking progress daily.
• Maintain strong client relationships through superior customer service.
• Keep our studio space welcoming, tidy, and ready for action.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional programming.
• Coach with intention—demonstrating proper exercise techniques and inspiring confidence.
• Stay curious and committed to ongoing fitness education.

What Success Looks Like

• Happy clients sharing referrals and testimonials every month.
• Maintaining an 85% or higher renewal and upgrade rate.
• Keeping client attendance on track at 90% or above.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.
• NASM certification (or equivalent) or a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
• 1–2 years of training experience.

Bonus Points for:

• Sales experience.
• Familiarity with Wellness Living and Google Docs.
• Experience working with small groups in a fitness setting.
• Specialties like GGS Women’s Coaching Specialist, FMS, Kettlebells or TRX training.
