Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience as NP/PA in Hematology/Oncology is required
License: Ohio license (or willingness to obtain)
Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- Board Certified NP/PA
Must-Have:
- Management of VAD/CV catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal
- Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
Job Description:
- Join a dynamic multispecialty group practice with 60+ providers, including 21 primary care doctors
- Work in an outpatient practice setting with responsibilities in both Hematology (25%) and Oncology (75%)
- Handle a patient demographic of 50% adult and 50% geriatric
- Work alongside 2 physicians, managing a patient load of 15-20 patients per day in the outpatient setting and 3-5 patients per day in the hospital
- Utilize EMR system: EPIC
- On-call duty 10 days per month
- In-person position with no option for telemedicine
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
