Payroll Specialist (w/ ADP) (w/ Paycom)

Up to $75,000 to start plus full benefits

As Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Review timekeeping information for accuracy and completeness
• Collect, prepare and review payroll information prior to entry
• Process multi-state payroll runs
• Administer adjustments and updates to payroll information
• Uphold quality, compliance and confidentiality standards
• Maintain manual and electronic payroll files
• Assist with benefits administration processes
• Serve as a resource for employees on matters related to payroll and benefits
• Make updates to spreadsheets
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Payroll Processing experience
• Experience processing multi-state payroll
• Experience processing payroll for employees in California
• Experience processing payroll for an organization of approximately 300 people
• ADP experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Paycom Software experience
• +++ CPP Designation (Certified Payroll Professional)
• +++ Benefits Administration experience
• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
