Paralegal – ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. – Evansville, IN

ProgressiveHealth is a leading provider of healthcare and workplace solutions, supporting clients across the United States. Our team is dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and innovation in healthcare and corporate services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our corporate office and provide essential in-house legal support with a focus on research, contracts, and compliance . This role works closely with attorneys and business leaders to draft and review contracts, maintain contract databases, conduct legal research, and support organizational compliance initiatives. This is an in-office position based on the west side of Evansville, IN.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft, review, and process a variety of contracts.
  • Maintain contract databases, track compliance, and ensure proper execution of agreements.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support attorneys, compliance, and business leaders.
  • Summarize findings into clear reports, memos, and guidance for decision-making.
  • Assist with corporate filings, intellectual property documentation, and form management.
  • Support policy development, training materials, and compliance manuals.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to implement legal and policy requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate Counsel and business operations, providing general in-house legal support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Works independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibility to Work

This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
