As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of wholesale and retail accounts in your assigned territory. You'll be a trusted partner to collision centers, dealership service teams, and auto body professionals, helping them find the right paint solutions and supplies to keep their businesses running smoothly.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both wholesale and non-wholesale accounts

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calls

• Promote company sales initiatives, product lines, and marketing programs

• Work closely with the store leader and team to execute territory plans and exceed sales targets

• Accurately complete sales reports, customer follow-ups, and documentation

• Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings

• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of Auto Value in the field

• Collaborate with store team members to deliver exceptional service

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 3+ years of sales experience in the auto parts or paint and refinishing industry

• Strong understanding of body shop operations and dealership service departments

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and multiple customer accounts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
