Mental Health Promoter
Department: United Mental Health Promoters Project
Reports To: Program Manager and Supervising Promoter
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Temporary)
Job OverviewThe Mental Health Promoter provides outreach, information-referral, case management, and a full array of mental health/rehabilitation services for Transition Aged Youth clients which include crisis intervention, skill training, coordinating and monitoring program participation, outcomes planning process, and follow-up.

Environment: Office, clients, homes, public training sites. Fast-paced clinic with the expectation of flexibility in the workday
