MMC is looking for a talented Sonographer to join our Ultrasound Team —a group of professionals known for exceptional patient care, technical excellence, and a culture of teamwork.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Perform a wide range of routine and complex imaging procedures using high-frequency sound waves.
• Customize each ultrasound exam to meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing your skill, creativity, and diagnostic expertise.
• Work independently while collaborating with physicians and peers for the best patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at every step.

🕒 Schedule

• Sunday: 9 PM – 7 AM
• Monday – Wednesday: 8 PM – 6 AM
  (No on-call required currently—may change in the future.)

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $79,000 – $125,000/year ($38.12 – $60.14/hr, based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 (experience-based)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $9,200 for candidates moving 50+ miles

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a certified CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography or allied health program
• ARDMS registered with ABD or OB/GYN credentials
• Minimum 2 years of paid scanning experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Level I trauma center experience
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
