We are seeking a qualified Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Current Journeyman or Master License with the State of Michigan.
• At least two years of residential plumbing experience.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug test .

Key Skills We’re Looking For in a Residential Journeyman or Master Plumber:

• Strong residential service experience with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate and train with team members while contributing expertise to cross-division projects.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and replacing water heaters (both traditional and tankless).
• Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing drainage issues and water leaks within the home.
• Experience in replacing sump pumps and back-up systems .
• Skilled in replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures , ranging from entry-level to high-end, across all brands.
• Knowledge in the installation of water quality products .
• Capable of repairing and installing laundry components .
• Proficient in residential home gas line repair, replacement, and new installation .
• Strong commitment to safe working practices and methods.
• Adherence to Local, State, and National codes when performing all work.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret manufacturer specifications .
• Ensure customers are informed of all estimated costs before beginning work.
• Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external customers .

Compensation details: 75000-100000 Yearly Salary
