Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Working Project Manager who can effectively balance project management responsibilities with skilled trades work . The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a job site while actively performing tasks such as drywall, painting, tile work, light electrical, and carpentry. This role is ideal for a highly skilled tradesperson with leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality.

• Coordinate and oversee residential and light commercial renovation or construction projects .
• Schedule labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the field team, clients, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards .

• Perform skilled trades including:
  
  • Drywall installation & finishing
  • Interior/exterior painting
  • Tile setting (floors, backsplashes, bathrooms, etc.)
  • Light electrical (switches, outlets, lighting, etc.)
  • Finish carpentry and punch-list work
• Assist crews as needed to maintain workflow and project progress.

• 5+ years of experience in construction or renovation trades .
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish .
• Strong skills in at least three or more of the following: drywall, painting, tile, electrical, finish carpentry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills .
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work .
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using basic project management tools or apps .
