A Fine Dine Indian Restaurant is looking for a responsible and hard-working member to join our kitchen team. If interested, give us a call, or send us an email with your work history. Experience of 1+ years in Indian cuisine is a must.

Job Duties Include by are not limited to:

The applicant should be a team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing, and dependable, and be required to perform the following tasks:

• Prepare assigned food items by methods/procedures under the direction of a Chef.
• Prepare assigned food items by following established menus, recipes, and quantity quotas.
• Plan quantities of ingredients required and assemble ingredients and equipment for cooking.
• Participate in the preparation and cooking schedule to meet established standards
• Prepare quality food within established production timeframes.
• Cook and season assigned food items such as soups, sauces, meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
• Test food items for palatability and temperature and adjust accordingly.
• Control portioning of food items to ensure recipe yield meets assigned quantity quotas.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enrich and advance various processes through the effective use of available resources.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
