In this role, you'll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back.
As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine.
Competitive starting hourly pay

No previous cleaning experience required.
Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
Ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain clean rooms according to established standards.
Inspect rooms visually to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests.
Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Working Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position.
Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Requires a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, as well as cleaning supplies.
Requires the ability to work without direct supervision.
Provides excellent customer service.
Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift.
Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
Requires the ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during the workday.
Reports to the Executive Cleaner/Assistant General Manager.
Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative working relationship with all hotel departments.
