About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of women's tennis. This key position involves leading the development and execution of long-term strategic initiatives, guiding the organization's direction, and ensuring the alignment of business priorities across all functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-impact, long-term initiatives that support growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Duties include strategic and project management, delivery of market and performance analysis, monitoring industry trends, and engaging with the board to prepare and present strategic materials. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, who can effectively manage and communicate with senior stakeholders. Candidates for the Head of Strategy role at the company should have 8-10 years' of experience, with a background in strategy consulting and additional experience in a business undergoing growth or change. While not mandatory, experience in the sports, live entertainment, events, or media space is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills, be a strong communicator and presenter, and demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability. A passion for tennis is advantageous. The role requires a commitment to the company's core values of being progressive, collaborative, passionate, and showing integrity. Occasional international travel may be necessary.
