Family Medicine Physician
Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Schedule: 32 Clinical Hours + 8 Admin Hours/Week
Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a 14-provider team in the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in the state.
This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine within a collaborative, highly experienced team in a setting that encourages hands-on care, strong relationships, and community impact.
Position Highlights:Patient Panel: Full-scope care from newborns to end-of-life; average of 18 patients per day
Work Schedule: 32 patient-facing hours and 8 admin hours per week
Time Off: 7 weeks ATO + 2 weeks CME
Team Support: Physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, virtual scribes, pharmacists, and dedicated admin staff
Compensation:
$300K guaranteed base salary (year one)
$350K–$400K average annual compensation (base + productivity)
$65K sign-on bonus
$10K annual physician quality incentive
CME: $5,000 annual allowance + licensure and credentialing reimbursement
