The pay listed is what one could reasonably expect to earn depending upon work experience.

THE REQUIRED EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

• Valid TB Clearance
  • This food handling position requires a TB Clearance by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health
  • A TB Clearance can be obtained through the following:

    • Family Doctor of Physician
    • A Walk-In Minute Clinic (click here for more information)
• Valid Certificate of Age or a completed CL-1 form ( for candidates under the age of 18 years old )
